DOT America needed to expand their facility to accommodate their growth in both their administrative offices and manufacturing space. With a 2,500 square foot office addition and 21,000 square foot manufacturing addition, we more than doubled their space. In addition, this was a total site development that included clearing multiple acres of woods, adding ponds, new parking areas, repaving all the existing asphalt, installing a new dock wall, and repainting their existing building to match the new Butler Building.
