Best One Gas City

Briner Building partnered with Best One Tire & Service to design and construct a new 14,500-square-foot commercial fleet service facility in Gas City, Indiana. The building was specifically designed to support the maintenance and repair of commercial trucks and fleet vehicles, providing modern service bays and operational space to meet the demands of a growing transportation industry. Constructed with Butler Manufacturing building systems, the facility features an MR24 standing seam roof and Shadowall™ wall panels. Briner provided complete design-build services, steel erection and construction management throughout the project.
