Briner Building completed a 38,680-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse facility for Wayne Metal in Markle, Indiana. The building was designed to support production operations, material storage and future business growth while delivering long-term durability and efficiency. Constructed with Butler Manufacturing building systems, the facility features an MR24 standing seam roof and Shadowall™ wall panels. Briner provided design-build services, steel erection and complete construction management.
