Our History
Briner Building was founded in 1969 in Bluffton, Indiana, with a specialization in agriculture, constructing commercial Butler® engineered grain bins, elevators and farm buildings. Today, we are a design/build general contractor that provides full-service construction management, specializing in design-build Butler® Building Systems. Our construction experience ranges from 5,000 sf buildings to over 500,000 sf industrial building systems in Northeast Indiana and Ohio. We’re the first metal building assembler based in Indiana to obtain the prestigious AC478 Accreditation for Metal Building Assemblers Inspection, a standard recognizing metal building assemblers committed to excellence. We also offer building maintenance construction services and reroofing expertise.

Our Team
Briner Building was founded in 1969, and since then, our talented and experienced team has grown to include more than 40 employees. As a full-service general contractor, we employ a wide range of occupations, including carpenters, steel erectors and concrete laborers. Our entire team works together to make our clients’ visions a reality, in the office and in the field.
