Briner Building is constructing a new 59,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for Almco Steel Products in Bluffton, Indiana. Designed to support advanced steel fabrication and production operations, the facility incorporates specialized crane rail systems and press pits to accommodate heavy industrial equipment and manufacturing processes. The building provides the infrastructure necessary for future growth while maximizing production efficiency and workflow. Using Butler Manufacturing building systems, the project features an MR24 standing seam roof and Shadowall™ wall panels. Briner is providing design-build services, steel erection and complete construction management throughout the project.
