Arden Drive

Briner Building designed and constructed a new 20,000-square-foot speculative industrial building on Arden Drive in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The facility was developed to provide flexible commercial and industrial space that can accommodate a variety of future tenants and operational needs. Built with Butler Manufacturing systems, the project features an MR24 standing seam roof and Shadowall™ wall panels. Briner provided design-build services, steel erection and full construction management.
