Berne City Building

Briner Building completed a new 19,200-square-foot municipal maintenance facility for the City of Berne, Indiana. The building was designed to provide secure storage, maintenance space, and operational support for city equipment and public works activities. Using Butler Manufacturing building systems, the facility delivers long-term durability and functionality for municipal operations. Briner provided steel erection services and complete construction management throughout the project.
