Premier Truck Rental Expansion

Our longtime partner, Premier Truck Rental, celebrated growth in both its team size and its business, so we expanded their existing space—adding more than 10,000 square feet to its corporate office and 20,000 square feet to its warehouse. A hybrid approach (conventional steel and a metal building system) maintained the architectural appeal of the building, which now includes a stunning curtain wall (windows) that provides natural daylight for the office and cubicle space, a spacious conference room for over 100 people and a state-of-the-art building control system for maximum efficiency.
