Smith Brothers (Yeager Lane)
Briner has worked with Smith Brothers since 1998, and we continued our long-lasting partnership with a new build—a new office and manufacturing space for their fine residential furniture. The build features a 2,400 square foot office area and a 72,500 square foot industrial space with white-painted steel, color-coded utility painting and a polished factory floor.
