Silverado Properties Awards Building Contract to Briner Building

Briner Building, Inc. has been selected as the design/build general contractor on the Grounds Effects building expansion in Roanoke. Construction for the 29,680SF addition began the end of August and is scheduled for completion in the early part of next year. Ground Effects is a multi-faceted supplier of quality interior and exterior components for the automotive industry. Briner was design/build general contractor for the original 42,400SF  building in 2013.
